press 7,then go to the second section on a menu where it shows you the entire song chart,when you select the second option on that menu,i think its a number where it will show bpm or beats per minute,if you see that then under it there should be a number like for example: bpm 160 and under it it says a number of 2.4,thats the number where you ajust scroll speed,click that and type any number you want like 3.4 (the higher,the faster the scroll speed) yeah thats it lol
